Abstract Submission Process

In order to present at the IArcSAS-2023 you have to send your abstract on or before the abstract submission deadline, which is the August 10, 2023 The abstract must first pass a blind peer review and if accepted by the reviewer, we will send you the abstract acceptance notification. 

To ease the submission process and the subsequent follow up process please consider following guidelines, information, tips and terms mentioned.

Deadlines

  • Abstract submission: August 10, 2023

  • Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent within a 2 day

  • Results of the abstract review notified to authors: Usually within a week of submission

  • Full paper submission:  September 30, 2023

  • (full paper is not mandatory)

Submission Rules

You must apply to the symposium by sending an abstract.

The summary evaluation process takes a maximum of 5 days.

The author is informed about the result of the evaluation without delay.

 

Abstract Writing Rules

Margins : 2.5 cm

Font: Times New Roman, 12 Points

Line spacing: 1.00 cm

TITLE: All letters are lowercase

Keywords: At least 3

Abstracts should be no more than 250 words. In addition, all authors in the paper must have their name, surname, place of work, field of study, e-mail addresses, mobile phone numbers, and ORCID numbers.

You can submit your abstracts in word/doc/docs format until August 10, 2023 at the latest architecturalsymposium@gmail.com should be sent to the address.

Full Paper Guidelines

If your abstract is accepted and you have paid the registration fee for the IArcSAS-2023 you are encouraged to submit manuscripts before September 30, 2023

Final manuscripts must be sent to architecturalsymposium@gmail.com

Full Paper Submission Process

If you want to have your full texts published in the Symposium book, after your abstract is accepted, you can submit your ENGLISH FULL TEXTS until September 30, 2023, at 17:00 architecturalsymposium@gmail.com

You must send it to your address.

Studies with a similarity rate above 30% in full texts are not taken into consideration.

Full-Text Writing Rules

Margins : 2.5 cm

Font: Times New Roman, 12 Points

Line spacing: 1.00 cm

TITLE: All letters are lowercase and 16 Points

Subtitle: Small

The number of pages: Must be at least 5 pages. The upper limit is 25 pages.

 

In your full texts, Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Findings and Discussion, Conclusion and Recommendations, References should be written under separate headings.

Citation Format: APA 6 Style citation format should be used.

In addition, all authors in the paper must have their name, surname, place of work, the field of study, city, country, e-mail addresses, and mandatory ORCID numbers.
